Katachi is a safety technology and precision product design company in North Georgia. We design emergency alert and response systems for schools, state parks and beaches, and the devices they run on. Our outdoor equipment runs on solar power wherever the sun can carry the load. We also take on design engineering, private AI and regulatory filing work for others.

- Regulatory filings are an ongoing project. We are not taking new filing requests for now.

Katachi NGA LLC is a safety technology and precision product design company founded in Georgia in 2026 by Brian S. Smith, an RF engineer and regulatory manager who has carried communications networks through four telecom acquisitions. The work spans safety systems, where the failure mode is somebody not getting help, and the devices and engineering behind them, where the failure mode is a part that does less than it should. Engineering, private AI and regulatory filing work for others come from the same practice, held to the same standard.
